Mr. Richard Grimes has prior experience as a senior commercial banker with an extensive background in commercial lending, loan underwriting and special assets portfolio management. Prior to joining NTCDC Richard was part of the management team in the successful turnaround of a small community bank. During the banking crisis in 2008 – 2011, Richard managed teams of asset managers assisting the FDIC in closing 4 failed banks. Richard is a University of Texas Alum with a BBA in Finance.
